I can't add new products to my shop page

I came to my shop yesterday to add new products but the item links are not working, just taking me to a blank screen.  Whats up?

Welcome, @karenhetzer! Thanks for joining the Community!

It looks like you're using an old version of Mac OS and Firefox, either one of which might be causing an issue. I recommend updating to the newest version of Mac OS that you can run on your computer (Mac OS Big Sur is a free update in the App Store and is the newest, although if you can't install that you could try installing Mac OS Catalina instead). I would also update Firefox to the newest version once you've updated Mac OS.

Thank you Adam 🙂 Unfortunately my macbook pro (early 2011) won't update anymore. I had tried a newer version of Firefox (75.0) but that wouldn't work either so for anyone else having this issue I tried switching to Safari which I rarely (if ever) use and it worked. So alerting me of the possible issues helped. Thank you very much. Karen

Glad to hear that worked for you, @karenhetzer. I've been in that boat before with an old Apple computer, so I eventually just got a new refurbished one to save some money.

Hi Adam,

I'm having issues with adding a new product on Weebly. I am adding Products by going to Pages/ Product page (add a page to showcase one of your products).

Once I have addeed a new Product Page and I filled in all the description, price, etc the system replaces the previous Product Pages with this new Product page info. I'm unable to create new Product Pages. I now have 3 Pages with the same Product and Product description.

 I would have thought that by adding a new product page it would let me add different products and products description. 

Am I adding products in the wrong way?

Please help!!
