At the moment I can not log into my account.
I previously received request (6307547)
In this inquiry I was told that my websites will be suspended.
My site has been running for 4 years.
In the last message I was told, I quote: "The websites in your account will still be accessible for you, however, there is not a way to publish them."
But the next day I was unable to log into my account. I do not understand why.
I want to pick up my content (files, texts, pictures) and transfer it to another hosting. But I can not do it.
I was told that I can use my account. But in fact, I do not have access.
I ask to help me to understand this problem.

They probably have a large queue of tickets to reply to. And I'm sorry, but we are not able to elaborate on why an account was closed. Although, if it was done by someone at Weebly it usually means a violation of the terms of service.

You understand that you can not just take and disable account without giving a reason. This will discredit your service. This is a danger to other webmasters.
Now I can not write to tech support because I can not log into the account. It is possible that my messages to the request (6307547) do not reach due to the fact that my account is disabled.

Briand said that I violated the conditions. He said that I created a site that violates the rules.
But, surprisingly ...... I did not create anything !!! Technical support was wrong. I really didn't create anything. NOTHING. It is easy to check.
I was deceived, closed access to my account. I was not returned the money for which I paid in advance for a year.
I think weebly these are scammers.
Let it know all webmasters who work with weebly!
I worked with weebly for 4 years, after which I was brazenly deceived.

It looks like a refund was issued on 4/3/19. It would be best to followup with your bank if you still do not see it.

Hi @macva. I'm sure the agent refunded all the charges he could. I would definitely follow up with him via ticket if you think there are charges he missed.
