How to add picture to text

I have a blog page and everytime I go to add a picture into my text it doesnt work. I want pictures in my blog but it only allows me to put pictures on the side bar or on top, how can I fix this?

Is this while editing a specific post on your blog, or just when looking at your blog page itself? Make sure you click on a blog post so it opens the post for editing before dragging an image element to it.

It allows me to add images it doesn't allow the images within the text. I want pictures within my blog not on the sides or the top or the bottom WITHIN my text.

Ok - click on your blog post so it loads up separately to edit. Once you've done that, you can add images and more to the post and update it.
