How to access the Weebly site editor interface
Hi,
I just purchased the professional plan through Square and the site editor it brought me to was not what I expected. I made the purchase based on the reviews on youtube and blogs which shows a grey editing interface with many functions. The grey interface was what I wanted to buy and use. Is it possible to switch to this editor?
The white editing interface one that comes with Square I find is not very user friendly. It didn't allow me to browse and choose a theme, the colours and automated colour palletes are very restrictive. Simply changing a font colour is no easy task! It has been an extremely frustrating experience. I also don't see where Apps can be added.
Is the grey editing interface still available? I would like access to this one. If I can't then I would like to refund my purchase.

So basically.. you have a professional edition website. When you login to weebly and press the edit website button, you arrive at an editing screen with limited options and a white layout?
Wondering whether you could add a screenshot on how it looks from your side.
I also have a professional subscription (though not from Square.. though i doubt the origin matters?) and mine looks like the attached image with a good few options to the left and theme/app options at the top.

I also have purchased the Professional site, and the tools for editing are so limited that I can barely do anything. I manage a website using another Weebly template, and there is much more flexibility. I don't know why the editing tools are so different, or how I can change to a different template.
I tried to upload a snapshot of what I see, but I couldn't get the image upload to work. Basically I think I also have the "white/gray" editing sidebar with basic templates like "Our Mission," "Customer Testimonial," "Text," "About Us." Each section template is set, with limited layouts, so I can have only 1 textbox per section, for example.
Hope someone can help me! I tried to contact Customer Service, but each time as I was waiting for live chat, after 15 mins. or so, they just cut off because no agent is available. 😞

Hi @vyna Sorry for the frustration. You are using our new editor through Square Online Store, and it is much different than the older editor. What are your plans with the site? It might be better for you to stay on the new editor depending on your business needs with Square.

In my weebly I had an HTML link and I deleted it and then I gave it an update, is it possible to recover that HTML link? I hope your answer

and could a page that I have deleted be recovered? is that I created two and it was called RESULTS OF THE SURVEY that I deleted it and I would like to recover it, is it possible?

I don't see that page name listed for either site, @Rafita-jerez Can you please confirm the site url with the deleted page? Is the page title in English?
