How to Create a Sticky Call Button in Footer or under menu

I am looking to try and have a sticky footer at the bottom of the website (for mobile) that would have either a number or phone icon that would link to call the number. This and maybe a social like us on facebook sticky footer. I have seen them where they are split and one side is a phone icon and one a facebook like. I am ok with just the phone number if thats all I can do. I was told perhaps there is code that can be embedded but have absolutely no idea where to begin on this??

Have you checked the app center? I found this one that has a call to action button, but I'm not sure if it will let you edit to include a phone number or social media like button. https://www.weebly.com/app-center/mobile-converter?ref=ac-search

That first link is exactly what I would need but I downloaded it and from what I can see it is for buying and cart checkout and cannot be changed to phone call to action unfortunately. If there is something like this that is more customizable it would be perfect!
