I do live in an urban area and there are plenty of networks around me...but that can't be the issue. I've uploaded some pretty sizeable files to YouTube on that wifi connetion, and never had a single issue. But I almost literally can't upload ANYTHING to Weebly, so...while I'm no rocket surgeon...if my setup works with every other site and operation out there BUT Weebly...and if lots of other people have the same issue w JUST Weebly...I'm gonna go out on a limb and venture a guess that the problem lies on Weebly's end. Not sure what else to do about it but look into a different site builder, 'causing losing hours and days and $$ and getting frustrated and everything else...it gets old.
