How do I move attached files and audio files from one page to a sub Menu page? Can be done together?

I have a page that has become too long to use.  I would like to create sub menus by topic and then move the linked files and audio files to the sub menus.  Is this possible?  Is there a way to move them bulk rather than one at a time?  Thank you for your help.

You can move individual elements by hovering over the element and clicking the blue arrow in the top left corner of the border that highlights around the content. You'll see an option to move or copy after clicking the arrow. You can also use the same steps to move multiple items in one row by first clicking on one of the columns or divider lines.
