How do I choose a theme?!?!

I have read and watched several blogs, articles, and videos about the Weebly webiste builder. It looked pretty user friendly and easy to navigate (which is why I chose to go with Weebly).  Now that I am actually beignning to edit my site, it looks nothing like what I watched and read about.  I can't seem to access the Weebly themes! I read somewhere that the new site builder (through Square) does not have the theme option?! I NEED CLARIFICATINON PLEASE; I am beyond frustrated.

You are indeed using the Square Online editor to build your site, which doesn't currently support different themes. A lot of changes you needed to change themes for in the past can be done separately in the Square Online editor, like changing the layout of your navigation and header area.

Thank you for the response! I appreciate it. It's quite unfortunate that the Square Online editor does not support different themes.  Is there a way for me to access the old site builder?

The only way to access the old editor is to create a brand new account with a different email address. One word of caution, though, the Square editor has better ecom features. What will you be using the website for? Will it be an information type site, or will the main focus be online sales?

I simply want an informational website. I am not selling anything online. 

From reading another question, I saw that I have the option to create a new account.  In doing this, I would need to select the option that I am not selling anything online. "We can either refund your current service, or we can move it to the new account. Thanks!" This was the answer given to a similar question.  Does this option apply to me as well?

In creating a new account, how can it be guaranteed that my current payment of a professional account will be applied to the new account? How exactly does that work?

Once you create a new account you can reach out to our support team for billing and plan assistance. A rep can help you move the paid service from the original account to the new account. 

You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like "speak with a rep" to be directed to the teams available to your account.
