How do I allow visitors to my site the ability to upload a file?

I need visitors to my site to be able to download a resume and send it to me. How do I do this? I thought I would simply use the upload file option in my pro plan but it will not show once published.

Hey there

Yes, you can add a file upload to the contact form. You will need to first click on the form in the editor to open up the contact form elements. Then you will drag/drop File Upload into the form and click Save. Once you publish you should see the updated form to include an option for someone to send a file with the form.

I cannot get this to work.  I see the "Click Here to Upload File" when I am editing but this does not appear on the published page.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi @tgallag Uploading files to a contact form requires an upgrade. It looks like you may have found an alternative by using JotForms instead?

Hi @ShaunaMFT You would need to be on a Pro hosting plan or higher in order to offer the ability to upload files.

We have the "Performance Plan" and it won't allow us to add "upload a file" for our customers?

If you are upgraded to a Pro plan or higher you can add the File Upload option to your contact forms. Drag/drop a form onto your page and then click on the form to edit. You will see the upload element on the left, then you will add it to the form.
