Homepage image and text doesnt resize for mobile - it's a responsive theme

Hello!  www.theharmonyprinciple.com is the site i am having an issue with, it's a responsive theme and I have used a weebly image with title text but when i switch to mobile the text falls of the picture.  It doesn't do this with other images which have text on them.  

This is the same image for the header on other pages and it just displays as black.   

Can anyone advise?  Thank you!

Thanks for posting, @damebrockwell. Is that page using a different page type than the pages that are working correctly? If it is, try switching to the other page type, then adding a section for your header area and using the same image/text with that.
