Help with CSS!

Hi everyone,

Would really appreciate some help with my nav bar - I am trying to keep the background colour on the nav bar at all times - currently is transparent at the top of the page and fills with colour when you scroll down.

Also on the pages without a header the nav bar colour is different and I can't seem to change it... cant find the option in the CSS.

Many thanks for any assistance. The website is www.serenityubudvillas.com

Hello!

While I'm no pro coder myself, I'd always recommend keeping the Documentation open during any CSS work. It can help keep things oriented. And definitely remember to save often!

Copy your whole css file out of the editor and paste it into microsoft word if you have it or notepad. You can then use the find or replace function to search for nav or navigation .nav #nav transparent @transparent etc. Press CTRL+F in either program to bring up search. I could help more if I knew which template you are using as they are all different.

hello @chipstaa,

If I'm assuming correctly, you want the drop down submenu pages to also have a transparent background color with only the borders showing. That could easily be done. But could you please provide your entire Navigation CSS in here so I can tell you what to change/modify.

Regards,
