HTML site from Assets —defunct?
I am trying to link to an html file that I have uploaded to Assets. I'm doing it by linking to the filepath as an external page. But it's not working. Is the method of uploading html files to Assets defunct, or am I linking it wrong?

We don't allow HTML files to be uploaded to custom themes, @slothrop, which is why it isn't working for you. You could take the contents of that file and add everything between the <body> and </body> tag to an Embed Code element on a regular page, though. Anything in the <head></head> area could be put into the Header Code field for the page.

This is annoying as hell, because an html file can be a normal document, like a paper.
