Hello, Ive been trying to get hold of customer services via phone and email over the past 4 days and havent had any luck.
Needed to know about HD Vidoes. Its playing on desktop but not when viewing on phone ?

Hey, Yes its been like this for over a week now which is why ive been trying to contact them.
I have tried uploading the video again too and also in different formats but still not working.
Really annoying not being able to get hold of anyone!
Did anyone find out why a video works on a laptop by not on apple products (ipad or phone)?
Is it a video background, @dhoskinson? Those don't play on mobile devices by design because of bandwidth concerns for your site visitors.
