HD-Video background optimal size and best practice
I've upgraded to a Pro membership and started to use HD-Video as background. Usually in the header of the page. It also looks great and it seems to perform okay, but I have a good internet speed.
What is the optimal format/size/resolution of a video?
Weebly is providing this guide. But there it basically says anything under 1GB is working. I was wondering what is the best practice for the size of a video. What resolution, what length, et cetera. Especially the size. On the homepage. On the main navigation pages. I know this is a bit subjective, but I can't imagine it would be a best practice to add a 60mb video on the homepage.
Or is weebly already optimizing every video automatically after it has been uploaded?

I did some searching and found some advice.
https://www.sitepoint.com/10-guidelines-better-website-background-videos/
In summary: don't make the size too large. Just good enough. 1-2mb per MP4 video. Maybe 3mb for some longer ones. To lower the video size use 1280x720p (HD) or smaller.
I'm using Handbrake.fr There are Present that you can use and the preset under "web" named Discord Nito Medium 720p30. This present is working great for me. The videos on my website went back from 6mb to 2mb.
I would love to see that Weebly is updating their guides with some advice or best practices.
