Are you working with app elements a lot, @helooo? The whole page usually refreshes more frequently with edits to those vs standard elements. If there's something you'd like us to change I'd recommend posting that to our Vote on Features board.
No, any standard element. Deleting any standard element, for example, title, will refresh the page. And if you have 20 elements, it will refresh 20 times. Devs and admins are ALWAYS playing ignorant here. Must be hard earning millions and coasting.
One way to delete a bunch at once is to drag the elements you want to delete into columns with each other. Once you've done that, click on a divider between the columns and then click the X to delete the columns element. That will delete all of the contents in one go.
