Google search console: URL inspection

Hello,

In Google search console, I did an "URL inspection" for my domain:
https://www.farmakeftikamanitaria.gr/

In section "Coverage", the message is:

Indexed, not submitted in sitemap

What actions should I do, in oder to submit a sitemap ?

Hi @Giannis    to submit the sitemap, go to SITEMAP       and enter:   sitemap.xml

But    google doesnt index home pages.     I dt know why

I checked and saw that the sitemap has been submitted since 16/4/2020, and the status is "success".

However, when I clicked on the small icon "see index coverage", I see that 92 urls are valid, but 339 are excluded.
The status is "error", and the type is "Submitted URL blocked by robots.txt".

How can I unblock it?

I checked the weebly editor, and the option "Hide this page from search engines" is not checked in any of my pages (it took me quite a long to check them all).

What should I do in order to fix this issue ?
