I am waiting on google ads to manual review my site. The clock is ticking since 4:37pm yesterday.
I had Google Ads send me a list of bad links to fix. ( all Weebly code cdn2.editmysite.com links )
I responded via email (with the bad links) with three screenshots.
1. From their own Safe Search site saying my website is safe.
2. From their own Google Search Console saying my website is safe.
3. From badware.org site saying my site is not blacklisted. (suggestion from Google via the Search Console Instructions)
They immediately responded with an email saying they are escalating the information to the team, they will get back to me when they have new information.
I will follow up here when I get a verdict.
Now for Weebly, this has all been a poor experience on your side.
What will you do for me (and others) going forward to keep me as a customer?
I am ready to migrate over to WordPress with the click of a button because of this. I really feel like your paying customers should not have to do this painstaking work on your behalf because of bad code. From what I read, I think cdn2.editmysite.com SSL Certificate expired which led to this mess.

This problem appears to NOT have been resolved. I encountered the same problem. All my Google Ads have been disapproved because of links to cdn2.editmysite.com/js
This has serious business repercussions!

Have you contacted Adwords support? They need to do a manual check for you; sometimes when you first contact them they just repeat what you see in your Adwords account without doing a manual review.

Yes. Following is Google's response:
Hope you're good.
Daniel, I understand what you're going through however kindly acknowledge that its an automated scan and every website has to go through it, if the website isn't compliant, Google does not allow ads linked to the website to be served.

I'm not sure why they are flagging those links as they confirmed previously that they were flagged in error. You can see from their own transparency report tool that there's nothing unsafe on your site:
