Forms not working on Mobile

My mobile forms were working and now will not.  I have recreated them, I have unpublished and republished my site, I have tried changing themes, I have added and taken away Google Captcha and Opt in (saving and republishing in between).  I just need them to work.  Any ideas?  Works on computer, just not on mobile.

Yes I tried contacting them and had to explain what a mobile site was to the tech that was trying to help me.  They said it would take up to 48 hours before they could get back to me.
