Force users to enter email address upon entering the website istead of clicking x button

Hello,

I am interested in removing the "x" close button from the subscribe popup when users first enter the website forcing them to enter something into the fields.  Any help would be appreciated  Can't seem to figure this out.

@Gmac Site url? Is this an age verification interstitial? If not, why do you need submission of visitor information to be forced?

That sounds like an email subscription popup, @Gmac. Log into the dashboard and click Website>Popups. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the three dots to the right of the active popups to remove from your site.
