Footer link, header bar

I'm writing a disclaimer/ disclosure page however I don't want it to be shown on my header bar but instead they need to click on the footer link to get to that page. If I create a page it will be automatically added in my header bar, how can i solve it and only let them click through the link underneath.

@labb:  Don't make a page that shows on navigation.  Instead make a hidden page and add a word link in your footer 'Disclaimer' that points to that hidden page.
