Extend color block to the full width of the screen

Hello everyone.

My client would like me to find a way to extend the blue boxes on this test page across the entire width of the screen:

Like the "header" does here on this test page:

I've been fiddling with the CSS but I haven't figured it out.  There must be a way to make this work, right?

Try sections feature instead
