Error uploading video to the Header Background
Hi
I just upgraded my account to pro, when I want to change the header background to video, it works fine with the library videos, but once I want to upload my own video it shows Error and asks me to try again.
I tried to clear the cache and tried to use a different browser but with the same issue.
My video file details:
Extention : MP4
Size : 10.6 MB
I will appreciate any advice to solve this problem

Hello Mazen! Sorry for the trouble. Have you already been able to contact support? They should be able to go through a few tests along with you.

Could you first try switching to a different browser to see if that helps, @imageperfect?

Using safari, will try. The upload process seems to go to plan with no error messages just theres no video at the end. Could it be anything to with Pal/Ntsc. Im based in UK.

Hmm... Great question. You could try converting it to NTSC if it is in PAL; I don't know if that's something that matters or not when it comes to converting a video after uploading.

Using imovie, I dont think that is possible but just thought that with weebly being U.S based and you use NTSC over there? Tried uploading a HD video on my pro account and is stalled. I have a few future clients looking at my website in the next few days. Any futher advice. TIA

Tried Bing, then Google just now. The video ipload just paused before halfway and hasn't recovered or moved from that point. On safari it still seems to through the full process.

This is with the PAL version still, right? You could probably use a free program like Handbrake to convert it:
