Embed Code box content visible in editor but doesn't publish

Ive added content in the embed code section and it displays in the editor just fine but does not display when the site is published.  In this case its an R-Markdown HTML file.  My suspicion is that javascript in the markdown document is interfering somehow but its displaying in the editor so its just super difficult to de-bug.

Here is a copy of the markdown HTML output for reference (if its helpful).

Not that I know of. I think Adam was waiting on permission to publish, but I can double check with him. Can you post your site name, page title, and any additional information that would help the community with this? Thanks so much!

I visited the url in the question, and the page looks like it is rendering the Rmarkdown appropriately. There would be four different elements: 

R syntax, 

R graphical output,

R text output,

annotation (which is regular text and HTML).

All four elements look good to me. (this is reassuring, because I was just trying to figure out if RMarkdown would work on pages in our Weebly site!)

Awesome! This is a pretty old post and it doesn't look like he ever replied back. Although, it's quite possible he had questions/replies on multiple threads. Thanks for sharing your find, though!

Under my name I have a large chunk of custom html generated by R markdown, it all shows in editor, but once published dissappears. Not only that, but I am then unable to open the blog post ever again to edit it after I publish (I've had to manually access the CSS under Theme and remove them with code).

I am having the same issue with posting HTML in an embed box.  Everything looks good in the editor, but won't show up on the live site after I publish it.

However, sometimes it works just fine...and then sometimes I can't seem to get it to post.
