Email Themes - including PDF as image for clickable Links

Hi There, 

I would like to update my footer on my emails to be a nice image, and part of the image i would like clickable links to my social channels. I have made the image in canva & canva recomends i download the image as a pdf for the clickable links to work (which it is) but i when i upload the pdf into the email it just gives a link to download the pdf file and doesnt display the contents of the pdf as an image. is there a way i can do this?

Looks like your canva design has to be embedded - you need the embed code from canva and then paste the code into a weebly embed code element....

Oooops - just noticed that you mentioned embedding in email??  Try it anyway!!

so i tried it on the site and doesnt seem to be doing what i need it to do! i might need to go back to the drawing board on that one!

You are trying to add an embed code to a Promote email? What happens when you test the code on your site?

@Bernadette hi there, yes i was, i was basically trying to create a footer image with clickable links within the image which would be my social icons, i tried to embed the code from canva into the footer and it didnt display in email. When i embded the code into the website it seemed to have a constant flicker to it (which could possibly be an issue at canvas side) but i wasnt able to produce the result i wanted via this way.
