Editor not saving updates properly

None of my edits to text are being saved. Images will save, but not text. What gives? Even after I hit publish they still disappear. 

I just signed up today and this is already extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. What is the answer to this issue?

Hi @artcetera, let's troubleshoot:

• What browser are you editing on? (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.) What other browsers have you tried to edit on since?
• What internet connection are you on? (Home, work, university, etc.) Are there any firewalls or antivirus programs there, and have you attempted your edits after disabling them?
• What devices are you accessing the editor with? (Desktop, laptop, mobile app, etc.) Have you tried any other device and do you see the same behavior?

I'm having the same issue and am using all the usual (internet, browser) and all other variables are the same. what gives???

Are you pasting your text in or typing it? After you add the text, do you immediately click the Publish button or do you click somewhere else first, then click publish?

same here... not a very good time to present a rubbish image to my customers

I typed a full blog and when I saved and went back to the draft the text box was empty. I tried again today on a different browser, just typing a few words and it did not save. Not sure if that helps the admins to answer the question of why text isn't saving but photos are.

Sorry to hear that you've had some trouble. After typing in a text element, are you clicking anywhere else before clicking the save button, @slapstufftogeth?

Hi Adam, I don't think that I did click anywhere else. Just finished typing and hit save.

Ok - after typing in the element, try clicking outside of it before clicking the save as draft button. It should save even when you do that, although maybe it's heaving a little differently in the browser your are using.
