Doesn't display character correctly

We have ž - character used on webpage, also on webpage header. Weebly doesn't show this correctly (not just sure how it affects also SEO). So ž is shown as &#382. Is it possible to fix it?

I'm pretty sure this is just how it displays in the dashboards. Does it display properly on your website? Google should render it properly so it shouldn't have an affect on your SEO, but I'll see what I can find out. What language is that character from, out of curiosity?
