Designer Platform Upgrade - Client Cant Login! Support Not Working

URGENT

Since the designer.weebly.com upgrade, my clients havent been able to login at either weebly.com or designer.weebly.com to edit their sites.

I dont want to give them my designer login. 

They keep getting the "these credentials dont match our records" message.

YES

-Theyve tried updating passwords.

YES
-I've added them as Contributors

YES
- They I've clicked full 'admin' access

NO

- None of this is working

Is this a global issue? 

Could someone from support contact me?

I tried to submit a support ticket but Help is not working. The ticket form wouldnt submit then the "contact Us' button stopped working.

Not cool weebly! If your support network isnt working or is down, let your customers know!!! 

This is urgent! My client needs to update their site.

Thanks for posting, @Jac1. I replied to your comment on the announcement post for WWD. Can you check for my reply? I gave a URL that you clients can use to log in with.
