Delete social media icons& chat

How can I delete the Zendesk chatbox and social media icons(left banner) on my website?

Hope anyone can help!!

It looks like the social icons are being added with code you added to Settings > SEO > Header Code. I also see some code to add a live chat box in Settings > SEO > Footer Code.
