Delete a file

I urgently need to delete a file from my website which is www.surreymusicschool.co.uk.  The file is called piano-framework-2017-edition-3.pdf there may also be one piano-framework-2017-edition-2.pdf.  Please advise either how I can do it myself or whether and when you can do it for me.  Thank you.
