Delete Pages in HTML

www.ksrealm.com My nav bar is showing a link to my facebook and my instagram, but those external pages don't show up in the Pages menu. I want to delete them but am unsure how to do so in HTML and since I can't access these external pages on the Pages menu I'm unsure of how to fix it. Any tips on how to help with this issue?

Can u screen shot ur pages menu on your sites editor please

When I check your site in the editor, I see those two as the last pages in the list on the Pages tab, @KSher97. If you delete those it should remove them from your navigation.
