Custom Header (HTML Editing)

Hello Beautiful People,

I'm having trouble changing the layout in a theme. I'm trying to replicate an old wordpress site in weebly and need a triple header look. Here's a mock up of what I mean: https://imgur.com/a/xTEmC

Can someone give me a hand with the custom HTML? I have the original code copied to a text doc in case things go bad.
