Creating a new blog post from an old one?

If I edit a previous blog post and change some of the content and the date at the top, will it appear as a new blog post while keeping the old one intact?  I reuse some content on every page and it would be nice not to have to add it every day.  Is there a way to do this?

Bad news I'm afraid. The old blog post does not get retained. You'll get a new blog post with the new date. Unfortunately you can't copy a blog post and change the content either, you have to recreate the whole setup each post.

It's a bit limited compared to other blog providers.
