Create a Link Button not working

Is anyone else having problems with the "create a link" button? I hit it and the box isnt opening. It won't let me link to words or pictures.

Yes, I am having this problem too.  It appears to be a Weebly problem.  Please fix this!

Hey guys. Sorry for the troubles. This is a known issue and should be fixed shortly (if not already).

This is what Chat said : "yes so this is a known issue that we are having and working on fixing, The advanced team has the priority to a hot fix so once they test it now and once it works they will push it out and it should be fixed soon."

It's now two years later and this problem hasn't been fixed. I'm using chrome. The Create link tool sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. When I select "standard page", the list of pages appears underneath that window and so I cannot select the page I want to link to.
