Copy Page/Header Image Issue

Hello.

Whenever I copy a page with a certain header image applied while using the Site Editor, the wrong header image—from another page—is always applied to the copied page, and since I already have to copy multiple pages to create another section with multiple subpages for my site, I certainly am not looking forward to copying numerous pages and then having to individually reapply the proper header image to each copied page every time when it should be applied to the copied page already. I'm certainly sure that this some sort of bug, and until it is corrected, I will not be able to create the crucial section that is needed for my site.

I don't know if anyone else has encountered this specific issue, but if not, I will gladly be the person to report it so it can be corrected.

Hey @Lupin_III! Are the page you're copying and the one that it keeps pulling the header image from using the same page type, or different page types?

Hello, @Adam, the page I'm copying which has the wrong header image uses the same header type as the other page in question.

Thanks - I'm testing and saw the same as you on a test site.  With the page that has the image it keeps using, is that the default image? Or was it an image you initially saved to all pages of the site?

It's no problem.

The header image that keeps being used is specifically for one page only—it is not applied to every page on the site.

That is why I'm having such a difficult time understanding why one completely different header image for one page is used for every copy of any page.

Has there been an answer?  I'm having the same issue.  I want different images or each page.  Two pages won't separate for me.  Hummmmm

Can you try making a copy of one of the pages on the Pages tab and see if the copy works?  If you select one of the pages on the Page tab, you should see a copy option on the left.
