Code editor not available to square users?

I recently found out the other editor has apps and individual elements and a lot more customization. I created my weebly account through my square store and cant access any of these things. Is my best bet to just cancel my subscription to weebly, make a new account and connect my square? in this case would I have access to the other editor? I just purchased a plan and am really dissapointed that you are not able too.

If I am not able to access the editor can I recieve a refund on my subscription? As I would just create a different account and connect my square that way if that allows access to the other editor

Sorry so many questions on one thread but I also just noticed that you can not use apps with the online store through square which means I can not add a shipping integration app like Shippo. These were all reasons I wanted to use the weebly option through square, I dont understand why all these options wouldnt be available when the monthly rate is the same

So from what I understand if i make my own weebly account I can use apps and add square but the inventory WILL NOT sync with sales i make in store through my point of sale

Though if i use the online store through square my sales DO sync with the website but I am not able to use the editor nor any apps.

Can someone confirm this is correct, I wish it allowed access to apps and the other editor is there any chance of this being implemented in the near future? even just app integration?

You are correct, @mike8; Apps and CSS/HTML customization are not currently possible with a Square Online Store. I don't have any specific information on whether or not we will add these right now, although it makes total sense to add both (particularly apps). Shipping labels that you can get through your store do make use of Shippo, though, and some of our providers for real-time shipping are also getting rates via Shippo.

Are there any plans to add shipping rules at least? 

I can only add flat rate options for shipping, real time is only in the most expensive plan. Though if not through square i would be able to do these things. The difference is $40/month and only thing we really need from most expensive plan is the real time shipping.

Without even shipping rules someone could easily make a big order and we would take a loss on shipping, please let me know.

You should be able to add manual rates that are based on total cart weight, total cart price, or quantity. When you click the link to add another rate to the region, there should be another link underneath the real time / flat rate / free shipping options that states "show additional shipping rates". Click on that and you see additional options for setting up manual rates.
