Check it Out: Paid for Subscription, Site Disappeared Right Before My Eyes

Craziest thing; infuriatingly crazy, actually. I've used Square and Weebly for quite sometime now. I recently stepped into private practice, and among other expenses, not to mention time I put in, I bought a domain and started working on building my website in the few moments I have between 3 jobs and spending time with my kiddos.

I just about have my site set tonight, thinking I'm just about set to publish it, and bam! I get a 403 error. My site literally disappeared before my very eyes. I tried to log back in, says I don't exist. I exit out, try to log in; I don't exit. Clear cookies, shut everything down, log back in; I don't exist.

My blog-site, the one I'm posting from now, is good. But my professional site vanished. I called Square: customer service is only open traditional hours. Called Weebly: Even though I'm a paying customer, I have no pin to provide and am stuck in a wheel of circular insanity robot menu.

Anyone else ever experience this? I suspect I'll need to just deal with Square to cancel my purcahse with them, decide on another host, and rebuild my f#cking site. (I apologize for the cursing, but...man....I am hot right now.)

Any thoughts or at least validation is appreciated.

Thanks, all.

Jason

Thanks for posting about this, @onmentalhealth.

Your business site is a Square Online site, right? I did a little searching and I think I found it, but I wanted to confirm that I'm looking at the right account. Try logging in on Squareup.com, then clicking on the "Online" link in your Square Dashboard. That should send you over to the dashboard for this site on our end.
