Changing themes

Hi I want to change the theme of my site but I don't have an option for it, all the videos post and tutorials look like this

but for me, the site builder looks like this

I can't figure out what to do. 

I also want to add video background on my homepage and have it completely fullscreen not just a small box in the middle. I have a pro account

Once you’ve installed your new theme, you are ready to switch themes.

However, it’s always recommended to test a theme before switching to it on your live website.

This way you’ll be able to check the compatibility of the new theme with your existing plugins and make sure that everything is working properly as desired i just see this information on instagram

Hi, I cant change the theme in the first place, every tutorial I look at looks like the top image but mine just looks blank with barely any options as you can see in the images

I am getting the same thing.  I deleted all my pages of my Pro site then went to change themes.  If I click on a new theme it just gives me a blank canvas to start with.  I do not get all the colors/formatting/image boxes or anything associated with a new theme.  I do not know what to do either, at first I just made a completely new site and wanted to delete the site I was using but Weebly said that you need to contact them for this to happen.  It should be pretty straight forward for Weebly to let you delete a Pro site and then just make another site you have designed your new Pro site right?  I sent them a request but it has been two days and my site is down...

Changing themes is only an option with the classic Website editor, though it's something that may be an option with the newer website editor in the future.
