Changing the cart icon/text

Can the icon or cart text be changed in anyway? I don't like the way my theme displays it. It's just a cicle behind a zero if it's on mobile and on desktop it's blah and still a little offputting in it's aesthetic. Just doesn't seem to belong.

And if I could have a shopping cart icon or something instead of "cart" that might be a lot nicer.

Those options would depend on the theme you are on. There isn't a way to edit that without using custom code. Very sorry about that!

@Bernadette is correct that this would require the use of custom code, probably CSS for the "cicle behind a zero" and JavaScript for replacing "cart" with something like a Font Awesome icon, if you want to stick with your theme. If you had any specific designs in mind for either element I can lend a hand or at the very least a start point.
