I am trying to change my password on a single webpage that is for members only, but can't erase old one.

That is correct, passwords for the site are for the whole site, not a single page at a time.
That's fine that the whole site is password protected, but I am asking about getting the password changed. I can't erase it, override it or delete it. Is there another way to change it?
