All the sites where working yesterday and now when i go to edit the screen just goes blank the square site is still working but i dont like the set up i prefer the weebly site set up I have refreshed the cache and cleared the browsing and still it is not working
also www.central-bulgaria.com has also gone down the same way it must be something that is on your end as the free square site is working

The editor and site are loading properly for me. Can you please try using a different browser in private or incognito mode? If you are still having trouble can you please post a screenshot of what you see on your end?

If you can access from different devices it most likely means a cache or cookie error. Or, it might be that you are accessing the editor from a different internet connection. Perhaps she is using cellular data for both?
I suggest first trying with your computer using a different browser in private or incognito mode. If that doesn't work, try connecting to a different internet source. Once you pinpoint the problem you can take the next steps to resolve the original issue. Clear cache and cookies and/or reach out to your internet service provider for additional troubleshooting steps.
