Cannot delete a navigation menu tab

I am not able to delete a menu tab on my website because it is not showing up at all in the list of Pages section.  I am desperate to get rid of this on our e-commerce site!  Would appreciate any help!!  Site is bilbreyfamilyfarm.com

Now I can't find how to delete this post but will say I "solved" it by discovering that my PC taskbar at the bottom was hiding the page at the bottom of the Pages section (embarrassment!).
