I cann't load a file to a page by draggig DOC to page and then download a docuemet file from computer.
This has worked years in the past - why not now?

Are you using the Document element or the File element, @RWS?
I was using docuement element but now-- The site is asking for a password to view site on line!
I didn't ask for that , please remove the password requirement.

You can remove the page password from "Pages" > click on the page name on the left > visibility > change from password to public, then republish.

But It seems like now Weebly has canceled my account.
Well, that certainly wouldn't do. I'm not seeing any sign of it here, so you may want to get in touch with support directly, so they can take a closer look.
