Can't use HTML?

I'm editing the main page of my site and trying to add a HTML link.  Specifically, I'm trying to add this: <a href="http://google.com" target="_blank">Google</a> (obviously not the actual link)

However, it's not working.   This wouldn't be a problem, however, Weebly doesn't offer the option to mask a link as text, only place the full url.

One of the "Build" blocks is "Embed Code" which facilitates inserting html.

You may have to click "Show all elements" to see it.
