Can't edit footer

New to weebly.  Changed theme and now can't see/edit footer in the site editor.  Any suggestions?

Hi @gordonj  I'm only showing a free site in this account. You are only able to edit the footer on a Starter plan or higher. Do you have a second account we should be looking for?

Hi, I bought a Starter Plan and have two websites (one is the copy of the other - one in English and the other in another language as Weebly does not support multi-language). The first one I was able to just publish and the footer was removed. On the second one there is no option to edit the footer and publishing has not effect. Also, I submmited a ticket a couple of days ago and got no answer...

Our upgrades are site-specific, so they only apply to the site that you upgrade. Sorry for the confusion! Some people have upgrade both sites, and some people have used a language app from our App Center so they only need to manage a single site:
