Can't drop page design elements on to new Blog post

Help please!

I keep trying to open a new blog post, and cannot drag design elements on to get started... they all whiz up and get stuck in the header!

Any ideas?

Thanks for your post, @clarecaro. If you switch to a different browser temporarily, does it work better for you?
