Can't delete forms on page

I added a form to a page and now it does not show on the desktop but it is on all of the pages on the website on the mobile version. I can't edit the mobile and can't see it on the desktop.  How can I get rid of the form?

Thanks for letting us know. Will you please publish your site, and let me know if you still see the form?

I do still see the forms--there are actually two a form and an assignment form.  And now a photograph.

I just had the same thing happen with a photograph.  I tried to drag it over to the side and it vanished, only to come out on the mobile view at the bottom.

Hi @cpdoc56,

This is a bit strange, do I have permission to publish from my end to do some testing? Do you want both forms removed, or just one form? I'm not seeing any forms on the homepage in the editor anymore.

Sure you can do it.  There are three things that are showing up on all of the pages in the mobile view (not on the desktop version): a form, an assignment form, and a picture of a redheaded woman working with a student. They show up on all of the mobile pages at the bottom if you scroll down. The picture went there after I tried to move it to the right of the text and it went off the screen and then was gone.

Hi @cpdoc56,

Looks like this was a glitch, our T2 senior support was able to get that resolved for you. They have republished and now it should be gone.

If you need any further help, feel free to reply back to this post.

Now the mobile view is not working on the web builder

The reason you don't see anything in the mobile preview is because your site is using a responsive theme.  Your desktop theme will simply respond to whatever screen size you view it on for a more consistent look.

You can actually see this in action on a desktop computer just by making your browser window really small.

That is not how it worked before I asked about the problems.  Before, when I clicked on the icon at the top, it showed the mobile version like it looks on my phone. Now nothing is on it but a gray screen.

I would guess that you were previously using the old and outdated version of the same theme, which wasn't responsive.

I started the website last week so doubt it was an obsolete format.  It seems to be fixed now so that I can see the mobile on the web builder.  I figured out the problem, though.  I was trying to drag and drop elements without filling them in (because someone else was putting the text in).  When I drag a text box over without filling in anything and then try to put an image next to it, the image box disappears. I imagine it would show up on the mobile view if it had anything in it.  I had empty images so  I don't think it will matter because empty images don't show up on the published view.  I hope it won't come back as a problem when we add a footer.

thanks to everyone on your team for your help.

Hello, I have problems with the forms app with the logo of a paper plane, it's very annoying and not user-friendly, pop-ups always, even after subscribing, so I deleted the app, published the website again after the changes, but still pops-up. It's the worst app and I don't know why Weebly keeps allowing it.

the domain of my website is: https://off-grid-romania.weebly.com/

Hi @SuveranVladTepe.

Go to Website > Popups on your account dashboard, then click the "..." button for your popup. You should see options to either deactivate the popup or delete it.
