Hello, I am working on project I want to edit text of the website's navbar. But I can't find any option to edit it.

Text is: Fazer o login | Cadastrar-se
And I want to edit into "LOGIN | ADESÃO"
but I can't find any way to edit, I tried this with jQuery but it replace with old text again when page loads
