Button element not working

I'm  currently editing my site and I'm specifically trying to get a button on a form to do something. I'm trying to get it to either redirect to the home page or display a confirmation message. It does neither of those. Instead is simply performs an SSL handshake and stays on the same site. Some help would be appreciated. This is the URL: http://1419ranch.com/book-a-trip.html

The contact form should let you use a regular page of your site a thank-you page, and also just use thank you text on the page. If you click on the form in the editor it should have an option for either one. You could set the homepage of your site as the thank you page.

As I stated before, I tried that. The problem is that the button is unresponsive. It neither redirects when I set it to, not does it display a message if I set it to do that.

Since the site wasn't built directly through us, can you contact your current host so they can take a look? If something is actually broken with the element then they have channels that they can reach out to us with.

Where would they be able to reach out to you at?

If you are referring to the third party host they should have a contact person here. Is this what you mean?

Well the site is hosted via FatCow, and I have access to that, so what would be a more appropriate way to contact someone in order to get this resolved?

You should contact FatCow about the button, and if they determine that something needs to be fixed on our end then FatCow will contact us through appropriate channels to work with our team.
