Button Edit Options not coming up when trying to edit

I'm trying to update where the buttons lead to when clicked and the options are not coming up. It just lets me change the name of the button. This happens to us all the time and it's becoming a problem because it's hard to keep our website updated if we can't update the buttons as needed.

Hi @TPCEditor What browser are you using? The editor works with the two most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. I also recommend using a private or incognito window when editing to help avoid any one-off cache or cookie errors. You can check your browser version here.
