Blog post header code
I assume when you put header code in your blog settings, it will always appear above the blog post title? Is there any way to slot it under the title? I'm thinking of an author byline, and I think below the blog post title would be better. (I think. Your thoughts?)
I assume all themes are the same in this way?

I don't think you can move where that is short of customizing the HTML of your theme. The main reason for having it above is if you're including scripting or other hidden code for your blog posts, placing it above the title ensures that it's above all of the content of the blog post.
